Adriana Scala is the daughter of Pete and Cecily Scala from Edgewood, CA. Afriana graduated from Yreka High School, and plans on earning her AA at Butte College and after plans on transferring to a four year where she plans on studying Biology and Pre- Med. She would like to thank her parents and older sister Alyssa Scala for all of their love and support.

Amanda Greene is the daughter of Alonzo and Sunny Greene from Weed, CA. She graduated from Weed High School, and plans on earning her AA at Butte College. After, she would like to pursue a career in Massage Therapy. Amanda would like to thank her basketball coaches she has had over the years and her family and friend for encouraging her to pursue her dreams.

Arin Cahee is the daughter of A.J. and Nancy Cahee from Oroville, CA. She graduated from Las Plumas High School, and plans on earning her AA at Butte College. After Butte she is planning on transferring to continue her basketball career and study Physical Therapy. Arin would like to thank her basketball coaches from over the years but especially her parents.

April Demetropoulos is from Maui, Hawaii. April will be finished with her AA in Behavioral Social Sciences in 2012. After Butte College, April plans to move to LA or San Diego with her sister, and attempt to start a career in acting/singing. April would like to thank her family and her boyfriend for being so supportive and pushing her to play basketball again.

Casey McHargue is the daughter of Cathy and Dan McHargue. Casey is from Durham, CA. This is her first year playing basketball at Butte College and she plans on playing for another year then transferring to Chico State. Casey would like to thank Ron and Chad for pushing her to reach her full potential, and all the girls on the team for being good friends and teammates.

Cassie Thomas is from Oroville, CA and graduated from Las Plumas High School where she played basketball as well. After graduating from Butte College she plans on continuing basketball and study to be a Physical Therapist. Cassie would like to thank her Mom and Dad for pushing her to always do her best.

Elle Wiley is the daughter of Kent and Cher Wiley. Elle’s family include sister Kacy,22 and brother Jake,16. Elle graduated from Durham high School in 2009. At Durham High, she was a 3 sport athlete participating in swimming, basketball and softball. Continuing her love for sports Elle is now a 2 sport athlete at Butte Community College. Besides playing on the basketball court she is also a sophomore infielder for Coach Shanna Vela on the softball field Elle hopes to continue on to UC Santa Barbara to study Marine Biology.

Liz Schaefer is the daughter of John and Julie Berry from Kelseyville, CA where she graduated from Kelseyville High School. After Butte College Liz plans on transferring to University of Wisconsin River Falls to major in Dairy Science. Liz would like to thank her parents for all of their love and support.

Sheena Ruggirello is daughter of Paulette and Bill Ruggirello from Gridley, CA. Sheena graduated from Gridley High school in 2010. She would like to thank her family, friends, and coaches for everything they have done because without them she wouldn’t be where she was today. Especially Michelle Solis, Cindy and Chris McIntire who taught her everything she knows about basketball. Sheena’s future goals are to serve for her country by enlisting in the Air Force, and becoming a Ultra Sound Technician.

Taylor Hansen is the daughter of Danny and Kathy Hansen from Mt.Shasta, CA. Taylor has a younger sister named Tori Hansen. After Butte College Taylor plans on transferring to Chico State to study Exercise Physiology. Taylor has now joined her dad as a Roadrunner basketball player.
