The role of the Planning & Budget Committee is to ensure that the college budget supports the college's mission and goals and links the college budget with strategic planning.

The Planning & Budget Committee, which has a membership representative of all college constituencies, is responsible for:

• oversight for budget process

• making recommendations to the President

• informing the various college constituent groups of the budget status

• reviewing expenditures and income

• serves as steering committee for the District strategic direction

• reviews benchmarks and outcomes
